Participant status: choose one of the following: General 100 EUR Members of association 80 EUR Undergraduate students 50 EUR The Participation fee covers conference folder, refreshments during coffee breaks, the Conference Dinner and reception by the University of Helsinki. The dealine for registration is August 5, 2011 In case you are coming to Helsinki with your spouse, and s/he is coming to the dinner and reception by the University of Helsinki with you, please kindly note this by clicking the box below (we need to inform the restaurant and the university of the exact number of people coming) Spouse 40 EUR
Should you have any special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian) with respect to the Conference Dinner, please note them below in the indicated slot.
Method of payment for Participation Fee Finnish participants are requested to pay the registration fee to the SKY bank account when they register for the conference (bank account number 174530-71243 (Nordea)). Participants from abroad are likewise requested to pay in advance by bank transfer, if at all possible, to the SKY bank account in Finland (Bank: Nordea; IBAN: FI76 1745 3000 0712 43, BIC: NDEAFIHH). However, we may also accept payment IN CASH (only in Euros; moreover, we CANNOT accept credit cards of any sort) upon arrival in case bank transfer is not possible. If you have paid via bank transfer from abroad, we would kindly ask you to bring a COPY of the original transaction receipt with you and present it upon registration. Cancellation should be notified in writing to the e-mail address below. Cancellation received prior to July 31, 2011 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. After August 1, 2011 no fees will be refunded.
